When is the SwirlyCurly Courses Launching?
Get ready! The SwirlyCurly Method Courses are coming this winter. We'll be announcing the official launch dates soon, so make sure you're on the waitlist to be the first to know!
When can I expect my order?
- Processing Time: All orders have a one-day processing time.
- Shipping Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed on a weekday before 1 p.m. EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day.
- U.S. Delivery: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Nearby states may be faster, while others could take up to 7 days.
- International Delivery: Shipping takes 5–7 business days, but can take up to 10–14 days in some cases.
All shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Why are all products final sale?
Because all of our products are marked down by over 60%, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these heavily discounted items.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your product, don't worry! Just send an email to info@swirlycurlyhair.com, and we'll work with you to make it right. We can offer a replacement, but a refund will only be issued if the item is out of stock.
What is your return policy?
All our products are final sale because of the discount we are offering. You will not be able to return or exchange. All sales are final.
Are SwirlyCurly Method Courses refundable?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on our courses.
Our SwirlyCurly Method courses are packed with proven, high-quality education and information designed to help you achieve your desired results. We provide the roadmap, but you have to do the work to get there. Your commitment and effort are key to your success, and because of this, we do not offer returns on our courses.
What happened to Snappee?
Snappee is now a separate brand from SwirlyCurly. We made this change to provide the best products and shopping experience for both of our amazing communities.
You can still buy all of your favorite Snappee products on the official Snappee website here.
Can I use SwirlyCurly products on my childrens hair?
Yes, all of our products are safe for children's hair with one exception: GoGrow Curls.
While the ingredients in GoGrow Curls are all-natural, the cayenne pepper extract and Rapid Gro Tea can create a powerful, stimulating effect.
We do not recommend using it on a child for these reasons.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
