When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.

We offer two shipping rates. Once your order ships out, here is a timeline of when you can expect your items:

USPS FIRST CLASS: 4-7 Days (from ship date)

USPS PRIORITY  MAIL: 2-3 Days (from ship date)

International orders typically take 2-3 weeks from the ship date.

If it's passed your expected delivery date (USPS FIRST CLASS: 4-7 Days) or

(USPS PRIORITY  MAIL: 2-3 Days) from ship date and you still haven't received your order email us with your order number at orders@swirlycurlyhair.com

Please note, International orders typically take 2-3 weeks from the ship date.

In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders.

We are currently accepting physical product returns at this time. We ask that you please reach out to info@swirlycurlyhair.com to initiate your return. ALL returns must go through customer service or it will not be honored. Thank you for your understanding.

Snappees™ are machine washable and dryer safe. Put your Snappees™ with your regular laundry on a warm wash. Snappee™ then put them in the dryer them on a low heat. This process will return your Snappees™ to the original size.

We ship using various carriers. Our shipments usually start out with DHL and then get transferred to local post offices for final delivery.
