What does nutrition have to do with growing long, healthy hair?
Answer: everything!
If you’re not eating healthy foods, your hair follicles are bound to be starved for nutrition.
The body uses nutrients from the foods you eat for vital organs like the liver and lungs first. Then it uses the leftover nutrition for hair, skin, and nails afterwards.
This means, if you’re not eating enough good food, you won’t have great hair!
